钛表面生物活性玻璃陶瓷涂层材料的制备及结构分析

【摘要】 采用MC组份的玻璃作中间过渡层,通过严格控制涂层工艺,成功地制备了生物活性玻璃陶瓷—钛涂层复合材料,界面剪切强度达到22.7MPa.XRD图谱显示,涂层表面主要晶相为氧磷灰石.SEM观察结果,材料表面呈多孔状态,孔径为1~10μm,气孔率为20~30%.EDX分析表明,涂层界面Ti,Ca,P等元素因热扩散而互相渗透,在界面区形成多种元素共存区,由此产生的化学键合力促进了界面结合强度的提高.经测试,涂层复合材料各项生物学性能都达到ISO标准要求,初步临床应用显示了该复合材料良好的性能.

【Abstract】 The coatings, of bioactive glass ceramics (BGC) on titanium are prepared successfully by controlling spraying and sintering conditions. Its shearing strength is up to 22. 7MPa. It is shown by XRD the presence of oxy-apatite in the coating. SEM photography indicates the porous structure of coating with pores sized 1-10um, porosity 20-30%. EDX shows that Ti, Ca, P elements penetrate each other by thermal diffusion at the interface and the special layer forms where many elements exist together and chemical bonds form. This is helpful to improve the bonding strength. The biological properties meet the requirments of ISO standards. The primary clinical applications show the excellent properties of this coating materials.
