铜砷硫化铁矿浮选新工艺的研究
The New Floatation Technique of Separating Copper-arsenic-sulphur-iron Ore
【摘要】 通过调整矿浆电位(Ept)和矿浆pH.优先进行黄铜矿的自诱导浮选,实现了天然矿石中的铜-砷、铜锌的分离。对广西珊瑚矿的铜砷硫化铁矿进行了微捕收剂浮选分离的研究,与常规的黄药捕收浮选相比.自诱导优先浮选的铜精矿品位较高,表明自诱导浮选和分离过程有更高的选择性.为铜精矿降硫、砷和锌提供了新途径。
【Abstract】 he separations of copper from arsenic and copper from zinc were achieved through giving pri-ority to the self-induced floatation of chalcopyrite by adjusting the electric potential and pH of the pulp.the copper content of the concentration from the prior self-induced floatation is higher than nor-mal floatation,The self-induced floatation provides anew way to decrease sulphur,ansenic and zinc in Copper concentration.
