【摘要】 本文提出温病辨病分期审证论治的辨治学理论，认为温病临床应首先辨病，在此前提下按卫气营血病机层次分辨病期，于卫、气、营、血病期中据病变所在之脏腑气血阴阳变化等动态地审证辨证，据证确立相应的治法方药，如此则提纲挈领，不仅适应当前与未来温病临床发展的需要，而且和叶天士等温病学家的温病辨治学思想相吻合。而现行以卫气营血辨证作为温病辨证纲领的思路，只能笼统地概括温病发展过程的４大类证候，难以确切具体地表达不同温病的特征和本质，值得商榷。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author regards that the current method of syndrome differentiation for warm diseases,i.e.syndrome differentiation of the defensive,qi,nutrient and blood phases,is difficult to reflect the nature of diseases concretely.So it is pointed out that,in clinic,the first thing is to differentiate diseases and under this prerequisite to distinguish the stages according to the different levels of the defensive,qi,nutrient and blood phases, and at last to determine the correspond therapies and formulae or herbs.更多还原
