【Abstract】 Notional pump(NP) is considered as a complex of centrifugal pump assembly with the suction and delivery pipes and other fittings which integratively possess the delivery-head feature (Q - H curve) like a centrifugal pump from the water level of the suction well to that of delivery. The method that the performance of paralleled pumps could be analysed by NP-curves is called notional pump method (NPM). In this paper the definitions of NP and NPM are described and the application of NPM and its graphic solution are illustrated with practical example.更多还原
