煤气发生站煤气洗涤水的综合处理
COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT OF THE SCRUBBING WATER FROM GAS-GENERATION STATION
【摘要】 要使煤气洗涤水封闭循环,就需对循环水系统进行优化调控和部分水质净化处理以实现水量平衡和水质稳定.文中重点阐述了换水法和化学混凝法的水质稳定试验研究.研究结果表明,换水法可以有效地消除冷却塔产生的大量泡沫,避免洗涤塔填料的堵塞及净煤气出口温度的增高;混凝法研究采用聚合硫酸铝-阴离子型聚丙烯酸胺复合配方,以热系统循环水的10~20%的比例处理冷系统洗涤水,并以此处理水作为热系统的补充水,以达到水质稳定的目的.
【Abstract】 The optimal control of water circulation system and partly purification of circulated water to balance the water flowrate and stabilize the water quality are essential to achieve closed circulation of the scrubbing water from gas generation station. Experimental research on water replacement and chemical coagulation methods to stabilize the water quality is presented in this paper. The results show that the huge foam appearing in cooling tower and clogging of scrubber fillings and excess increasing of temperature in the outlet of washed gas may be eliminated effectively by the water replacement method. For the chemical coagulating study poly-aluminum sulfate and anion poly-acrylamide were adopted and scrubbing water of cold system was treated with 10 to 20% of hot system and the treatment water was used a make-up water for hot system to realize water quality stabilization.
