【Abstract】 In this paper, a recognition method of handwriting Hanzi (Chinese Character) is presented. Preprocessing character pattern system creats a character core centre method. In first classification, the feature vector element fuzzy classification is used to class the characters. Recognizing system in detail makes use of peripheral direction contributivity feature. The experiment result shows that the system and method is effective.更多还原
