工程防止振滑与振松的理论和应用研究
STUDY ON THE THEORY AND APPLICATION OF PREVENTING SLIDING AND LOOSENING DUE TO VIBRATION IN ENGINEERING
【摘要】 振动致滑和振动致松现象在工程中广泛存在。为建立防止振滑与振松的力学原理,以进一步分析和解决振动工况中的滑动和松动问题,提出了动态自锁概念,建立动态自锁理论,并着重联系机械工程的应用作了论述。本原理可望为机器动态设计增添一项新的内容。
【Abstract】 The phenomena of sliding and loosening due to vibration exist extensively in engineering. In order to found the mechanical principle of preventing sliding and loosening due to vibration, and thus further analyse and slove the problems of sliding and loosening in working condition of vibration, we advance the conception of dynamic self-locking, found the theory of dynamic self-locking, and treat upon them by emphatically connecting the application in mechanical engineering. It will be hopeful that this principle can offer a new content for dynamic design of the machine.
