Study of formation of supercluster (CdS)4 in zeolite hosts by in situ IR spectra
【摘要】 <正> Nanometer-sized semiconductor clusters demonstrate novel non-linear optical propertyand capability of storing light energy. The cluster will display quantum-confined effect if itssize is less than 5 nm, i.e. the atoms sitting on the interface of clusters are different fromthose of intra molecule and bulk crystal.
