【摘要】 <正> A new nanocrystalline alloy Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 was cast initially as amorphous ribbons, and subsequent annealing above the crystallization temperature of the amorphous state created a homogeneous ultrafine grain structure of α-Fe(Si) solid solution with a typical grain diameter of 10—20 nm and a residual amorphous phase at the interface with a thickness of 4—5 atoms.
