转子系统变刚度主动控制的非线性特性的研究
STUDY ON NONLINEAR CHARACTERISTICS OF CHANGING STIFFNESS ACTIVE CONTROL OF THE ROTOR SYSTEM
【摘要】 采用变支承刚度方法控制转子系统的振动,并用渐近法分析了在启动和制动过程中转子系统变刚度的非线性特性。研究认为在控制过程中支承刚度的变化是随时间慢变的,且无论支承刚度如何变化,都可以近似地看成是分段线性的非线性过程。仿真结果与实验结果均表明,选择适当的变刚度速度可以有效地抑制转子的振动。
【Abstract】 Changing support stiffness method is used to control the vibration of rotor systm in this paper. The asymptotic method is used to analyse nonlinear characteristies ov changing stiffness when starting and braking. Support,stiffness is considered to change with time slowly during a control process,No matter how the supportstiffness changes,it can be considered as a piecewise linear process,Both simulation results and experimentalresults show that to choose proper changing stiffness speed can restrain the vibration of rotor system effectively.
