红壤旱地的钾、钼营养对花生产量与品质影响的探讨
A STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF K AND Mo NUTRIENTS ON YIELD AND QUALITY OF PEANUT IN RED UPLAND
【摘要】 在田间条件下进行了红壤旱地钾、钼施肥水平对花生产量、生长发育、养分吸收及品质影响的研究。结果表明:钾、钼均显著地影响花生产量,且钾、钼存在相互正效应,以中钾、中钼配施产量最高,花生茎叶、籽粒钾、钼浓度和吸收量与施钾、钼水平有关,高钼水平时,不同施钾水平促进钼的吸收,低钼和中钼水平上,高钾则抑制钼的吸收,缺钾和低钾水平时,低钼量能促进钾的吸收,任一钾水平,配施高钼,吸钾量下降。钾肥能提高花生粗脂肪和人体必需脂肪酸的含量,单施钼会降低粗脂肪的含量。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the effects of K and Mo on yield,plant growth,nutrient uptakeand quality of peanut under the condition of red upland field.The results indicated that K andMo had obvious effects on yield of peanut and positive interaction. The highest yield was ob-tained in the treatment of K90× Mo90.There were relationships between the content and up-take rate of K and Mo and the fertilization levels of K and Mo.K fertilization promoted theMo uptake of the plant at high Mo fertilization level, but it would inhibit the Mo uptake athigh K level and low or middle Mo level.In no K and low K treatments,low Mo could pro-mote the absorption of K. When high Mo was used at every K level,the absorbed amount ofK declined generlly. K will increase the content of rude fat and essential fatty acid,but Moused alone will decrease the content of crude fat.
