【Abstract】 A new species of the genus Marssonina on Zanthoxylum bunge-anum Maxim, collected from Feicheng, Shandong Province is described as Marssonina zanthoxyla Y.J. Lu et G.L.Li sp. nov. Latin and Chinese diagnoses of the new species as well as a discussion on the differences between the new species and similar one in mophology are given. Species of the genus Marssonina is recorded for the first time on plant of the Rutaceae.Type specimen is deposited in the Dendropathological Herbarium of Shandong Agriculture University (HDUAS).
