T─2毒素亚急性损伤大鼠心肌超微病变及硒的保护效应
T-2 toxin-induced ultrastructural pathology in rat heart and the protective effect of selenium
【摘要】 本实验观察了T-2毒素对大鼠心肌损伤的超微结构改变及硒的保护作用。结果表明,T—2毒素亚急性中毒大鼠心肌损伤十分明显,部分心肌纤维走向紊乱、扭曲,可见散在性出血灶。超微结构的变化主要表现在心肌肌膜、肌浆网、肌原纤维以及线粒体的变化。肌原纤维走向紊乱,Z线增粗,肌原纤维成片状消失,肌膜增厚,肌膜外胶原原纤维增生,线粒体出现空泡变性。硒对T─2毒素致心肌损伤超微结构变化与克山病的基本型变化相似,提示在研究克山病的病因时,应当考虑镰刀菌毒素所起的作用。
【Abstract】 Ultrastructural changes in hearts of rats administered with subacute doses of T-2 toxin and the protective effects of selenium were examined. There were obvious lesions in hearts of rats induced by T-2 toxin. They consisted of damages in the cytomembranous system, myofibrillae and mitochondria. Disorganized myofibrillae with some loss of myofilaments, swollen mitochondria with cristae loss and vacuolization, thickened sarcolemmas with hyperplasia ofcollagenic fibrils and dilatation of sarcoplasmic reticula were observed. Selenium markedly reduced the damages of rat heart induced by subacute doses of T-2 toxin. The findings, although non-specific, indicate that T-2 toxin is cardiotoxic, and the lesions are similar to the basic changes of heart in Keshan disease. It is suggested that Fusarium mycotoxins may be involved in the pathogenesis of Keshan disease.
