【Abstract】 Sixty two cases of postpartum psychosis were diagnosed since 1967 to 1991 in Shanghai Mental Health Center. The clinical menifestations of the disorder were similar to that of schizophrenia or mood disorder. The response rates of the treatment were 87.1%. Thirty cases (48.4%) were followed up in 1995, and the outcomes of them were quite good, while 11 cases have never relapsed and still in good health.更多还原
