【摘要】 对13例临床诊断为抑郁症的病人用新一代抗抑郁药——曲唑酮进行治疗,经6周观察总有效率达83.33%.治疗1周后抑郁症状明显缓解,随治疗时间延长疗效更为显著。该药对心脏、中枢神经系统的毒性较小。但有部分患者出现口干、便秘。提示曲唑酮是值得推荐的抗抑郁药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirteen female inpatients with depression were treted with a new antidepressant-Trazodone. The response rate was 83.33%. There were less CNS side effects than TCAs, but still some slight anticholinergic effects as dry mouth and constipation.更多还原
