【摘要】 本调查采用整群分层随机抽样方法,对上海县8个乡(镇)共1817人进行了老年性疾呆(下简称AD)的流行学调查。结果显示:AD的患病率为55岁以上1.04%,65岁以上1.57%,75岁以上3.94%,并提示,AD的严重程度与患者的年龄、婚姻、受教育程度、生活方式、经济状况及躯体疾病等因素有密切关系。并对此提出了相应的预防、干预对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using a whole group-stratified-random-sampling method, the author carried out an investigation of Alzheimer’s disease in 1817persons in 8 areas of Shanghai County, Shanghai. The results revealed that the prevalence of Alzheimer’s disease among residents over 55 year old was 1.04%; and 1.57% and 3.94% respectively in residents over 65 and 75 years. The severity of Alzheimer’s disease was related to the age, education, living style, economic status, and somatic diseases of the patient.更多还原
