UASB反应器处理石灰法草浆黑液过程辨识与参数估计
IDENTIFICATION AND PARAMETER ESTIMATION OF AN UASB REACTOR IN TREATING LIME STAW BLACK LIQUOR
【摘要】 UASB反应器处理石灰法草浆黑液过程中,出水基质浓度Ce,沼气产生速率Qg和进水基质浓度Ci的关系。运用Box-Jenkins方法和AIC准则,建立了Ce,Qg序列对Ci序列的传递函数及噪声模型,传递函数较好地拟合了UASB反应器消化过程,且比噪声部分显得重要。运用建立的模型,对Ce,Qg序列进行预测,其平均预测误差分别为4.67%和8.00%。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this Paper is to study how and to what extent effluent substrate concentration Ce and biogas generation rate Qg were related to influent substrate concentration Ci in an UASB reactor for treatment of lime straw black liquor.Data of series of Ci,Ce,Qg were collected hourly over 1-week period.The methodology applied to establish dynamic models for the system is that of Box & Jenkins and A-Information-Criterion.With this approch,stochastic and transfer function components can be combined to form models of Ce and Qg based on Ci.The transfer function is adequate and more important than the stochastic components.The mean error of forecasts of Ce and Qg are 4.67% and 8.00% respectively.
