【Abstract】 A new method of simultaneous determination of multicomponent with multiwaveleugth multiple regression spectrophotometry is proposed in this article. According to uniform design, a group of standard mixtures were prepared and the ultraviolet absorption data was measured at selected wavelengths. The calculation model of the desired component concentration was established by multilinear regression. The method was compared with the multiwavelength combination method and the result of experiment was satisfactory.更多还原
