轧制加工对Fe3Al基合金组织及性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了轧制加工对Fe-28Al-5Cr(at.-%)合金组织及性能的影响.结果表明:在再结晶温度(Tr)以上,热轧可以大幅度地细化晶粒;为避免热轧过程中产生裂纹,必须合理控制热轧压下量.在Tr以下温轧加工,形变量大小对Fe3Al基合金室温力学性能有显著影响.观察发现在某些断裂的晶粒条带中有韧窝存在,表明Fe3Al基合金是非本质脆性的.

【Abstract】 A large extent of grains refinement in the Fe-28Al-5Cr (at.-%) alloy may be performed by hot-rolling at temperature over recrystallization. The hot-rolling deformation reduction should be controlled to prevent cracking during hot-rolling. The warm-rolling deformation reduction at temperature below recrystallization is much influential to the room temperature mechanical properties of the alloy. SEM observation shows that some ductile dimples occur on the fracture surface of grains in the strips, i.e., the Fe3Al based alloy seems to be of noninherent brittleness.
