冬瓜有效组分研究及其保肾作用

【摘要】 冬瓜含有多种矿物质和维生素,高钾低钠,不含脂肪,热能低,营养质量指数(INQ值)表明属优质食物。冬瓜果肉经GC/MS分析,测得18种物质,其中已氨酸、2-氨基-3-氰基丙酸、巴豆甘氨酸等5种为非常见成分。经SD大鼠实验证明,冬瓜汁及冬瓜提取物能增加动物排尿量,减轻由升汞引起的肾病病变程度,并具有显著减少血清肌酐含量的作用。病理组织学显示,冬瓜总氨酸(大剂量)、冬瓜葫芦素对升汞引起的肾损伤均有较明显的保护和阻断作用。

【Abstract】 Benincasa hispida Cogn. contains various mineral elements and vitamins, with a relatively high level of potassium and low sodium, with low heat energy and no fat. From the INQ value, it has been evaluated as a quality vegetable. Based upon the GC/MS analysis 18 substances have been found, of which, 2-aminohexanoic acid, 2-amino-3-cyanopropanoic acid, 2-amino-4hexenoic acid and other two are regarded as unusual. It was shown in an SD mouse experiment that B. hispida juice and its extract could increase urination quantity, reduce the degree of pathological changes of kidney disease caused by mercuric chloride, and significantly decrease blood serum crea tinine content. Pathological histology showed that both the total amino acids (in large dose) and cncurbitacine from B. hispida had significant protection and blocking effects upon the kidney injure caused by mercuric chloride
