氮化一气相氧化复层工艺及抗蚀性研究
A Study of Nitriding-Gas Oxidating Multilayer Technology and Its Corrosion Resistance
【摘要】 本文研制了一种新型的复合化学热处理工艺。在金属表面形成了牺牲阳极复层,它的构成是以氮化形成的ε相层为内层,气相氧化层为外层,3%NaCl水溶液浸蚀试验证明:复层抗蚀性近10倍地优于单一的ε相层。此外笔者借助于扫描电镜X一衍射仪、能谱仪等设备对复层的抗蚀机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 A new type of the process of composite chemical heat treatment is de-veloped.A sacrificial anode multilaver is formed on the surface of the metals.Themultilayer consists of inner layer of ε-phase formed by nitriding,and outer oxidelayer by gas-oxidating。3%NaCl solution immersion test shows that the corrosionresistance of multilayer is about ten times higher than that of single ε-phase withthe help of EDS-meter,X-ray photoelectron and spectrometer,the authors studythe mechanism of the corrosiOn resistance of the multilayer construction.
