P-Cu-Ti低合金铸铁磨球材料的热处理研究
The Study on Heat-treatment of P-Cu-Ti Low-alloy Cast Iron for Grinding-ball Material
【摘要】 研究了P-Cu-Ti低合金铸铁热处理的效果。试验得出,提高淬火温度,减少石墨含量,采用等温热处理,获得M/B加少量A_R组织,均可有效改善耐磨性,具有实用意义。
【Abstract】 This papert investigated the effect of heat treatment for P-Cu-Ti cast iron,It is obtained from exfm experiments that increasing quenching temporature to decrease the graphite content in microstructu re and adoptin 8 isothermal treatmen t to obtain mixture microstructure of martensite and lower bain ite with a min or amoun t of retained auster1 ite can improve effectivelv the wear resistance of P-Cu-Ti cast iron under both sliding and impact abrasive wear,which is of great practical importance.
