【Abstract】 The effect of quenching at intercritical temperature on microhardneSs distribution curves of steel 30 CrMnSiA after prenitriding and diffusion of nitrogen atoms at intercritical temperature for unequilibrium primary structure has been studied in this paper. The influence of intercritical quenching temperattire on distribution of acicular dual-phase structiire(α_a+γ_a ) containing nitrogen has been studied too. The phase composition obtained after nitriding and intercritical quenching has ben determined,The distribution curves of nitrogen concentration accord with law of prenitriding and diffusion of nitrogen atoms at intercritieal temperature.
