用刚性球体压入方法测量渗氮层脆性

【摘要】 研究了用刚性球体压入渗氮层表面测定渗氮层脆性的方法,并与传统的维氏硬度压痕法进行了对比。研究表明,维氏硬度压痕法试验结果精度较低,在很多情况下不能反映出渗氮层脆性的差别。刚性球体压入法可定量地测定渗氮层的脆性,测试精度高,重复性好,物理意义明确,具有实际工程意义。

【Abstract】 An indentation method using a rigid ball to determine the brittleness of nitrided la yer was studied and compared with that of the tradition al method by evaluation of the impression made by a Vicker pyramid. The results show that the latter is low precision,it does not reflect the difference in brittleness of nitrided layer in many cases,The rigid ball in dentation method ean deter mine the brittleness of the nitrided layer quantitatively. The results tested by rigid ball inden tation method are precise, repeatable and its physieal meaning is clcar.The method posscases practical engineering value.
