【摘要】 用体视显微镜及肉眼观察了环切皮肤后切面的动态变化,注意到皮肤在损伤后的炎症反应中的不一致现象,呈现纵形间隔的易水肿隆起带和不易水肿凹陷线.皮肤经冷冻连续切片,高碘酸雪夫法染色,显示出凹陷带为深色的纵行带.光学显微镜观察到经络线上有富含PAS阳性物质的基质和毛囊,后者较一般毛囊明显粗大、深长.其PAS阳性物质可被唾液淀粉酶消化,甲苯胺蓝染色,特大毛囊内呈异染红色,故为蛋白多糖类物质.放射自显影观察表明皮肤中M受体大量分布在毛囊的鞘膜和乳头部,M受体兴奋剂毛果芸香碱可以使大毛囊中多糖物质大量释放,可跨越几个毛囊的距离扩散,相邻两个毛囊中多糖物质可彼此呈桥样联结.皮肤的不同类型和特殊的毛囊可能与皮肤的生理病理属性及中医经络有密切的关系.更多还原

【Abstract】 Two kinds of edema were observed after the skin of limbs and the trunk of rate or rabbits was circularly cut off for more than five minutes. One was thicker and convex and the other wasthinner and hollow. The two alternated in the whole body surface, and the, hollow one could appear as a zone, the fronzen tissues taken from the above skin sample were stained by PAS method. One or more deep color zones (0.5- 3 mm wide) showed clearly on the slide. The hair follicle zone was wide and deep and acted positively with PAS staining. Ailtoradiography revealed that a great number of M feceptors were distributed in hair root sheath and hair paplilla. The PAS-positive substance could be digested by ptyalin and was released into the surroundings when pilocarpine was injected into intradermis for 30 minutes. The results show that the thick hair follicle zone has an important relationship with the transmission of matter and message of body, and the meridian (or Channels) and the PSC ( the propagated sensation along channels) may exist in Traditional Chinese Medicine.更多还原
