【Abstract】 We made a study of the pancreatic bodies on 30 sets of serial sagittal sections of Chinese male cadavers. The results were as follows: The shape of the pancreatic bodies was triangle (76. 67%), rhombic (13.33%), and ellipse (10%); the largest anteroposterior. and superoinferior diameters were 334 ± 0,81 cm and 3.41 ±068 cm respectively; the main pancreatic duct was situated in the anterosuperior (50%) and central (26.67%) part of the pancreatic body; and the inner diameter of the middle section of the main pancreatic duct was 1.40±0.43 mm. We also studied the identification and adjacency of the pancreatic body on serial sagittal sections in detail.更多还原
