【摘要】 实验选用了神经末梢活性荧光染料4-Di-2-ASP(Molecular Probes.Inc. U.S.A).观察了不同浓度的染料溶液对蛇腹横肌标本神经肌接头微终板电位发放的影响.结果表明:蛇腹横肌标本在10μm浓度下,3分钟即可着色,并可在荧光显微镜下观察到神经末梢的外形结构,且对神经肌接头微终板电位发放无影响.

【Abstract】 The effect of 4-D1-2-ASP fluorescent probes in ImM. 50μM. 10μM concentration on miniature endplate potential (MEPP) was observed. The result proved that the 10μm concentration provided an excellent staining for neuromuscular junctions. It has no effect on the MEPP( transmitter release) and the transmission of the nerve terminals. Higher concentration of 4-Di-2-ASP acted as a blocker of cholinergic receptors but this effect could be reversed rapidly. The result suggests that 4-Di-2-ASP is a kind of very useful fluorescent probes for staining living nerve terminals.
