【摘要】 对４０只２～３个月ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠的主要脏器用ＷＦＸ－Ⅱ型双光束原子吸收分光光度计测定了脏器中锌、锰、铜含量。结果表明，在主要脏器中锌、锰、铜含量不等。锌含量最多的是肝，最少的是脑和心；锰含量最多的是肝，最少的是子宫；铜含量最多的是子宫，最少的是脾。在雌雄小鼠之间无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of cuprum,zinc and manganese in main viscera of 40 adult BALB/c mice were determined by combustion reaction and double beam atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results indicated that the contents of cuprum,zinc and manganese in the main organs of BALB/c mice are different.The maximum zinc content organ is the liver and the minimum are the brain and heart,The maximum manganese content organ is the liver and the minimum is the uterus. The maximum cuprum content organ is the uterus and the minimum is the spleen.There are no difference between male and female mouse.更多还原
