神经肽Y免疫反应神经纤维在豚鼠肠系膜淋巴结的分布

【摘要】 为了探讨神经肽调节消化道免疫功能的机制,本研究应用免疫组织化学ABC法结合葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-硫酸镍铵增强技术,于30μm厚恒冷箱切片上观察了含NPY神经纤维在豚鼠肠系膜淋巴结的分布。结果显示,含NPY神经纤维呈串珠样或线状,广泛分布于淋巴结各部。在门区和髓质,阳性纤维主要分布于血管壁及其周围,髓索和髓窦壁也有一些串珠样粗纤维走行。皮质内呈线状含NPY神经纤维多定位于皮质深层的淋巴组织和微血管壁;皮质浅层的小结间区内偶见阳性纤维分布,淋巴小结内未发现阳性纤维。髓索和皮质深层淋巴组织中走行的含NPY神经纤维与免疫细胞关系密切。被膜和小梁结缔组织中亦有一些阳性纤维分布。本研究结果提示,肠系膜淋巴结存在含肽神经支配可能是神经肽调节消化道免疫功能的重要途径之一。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the regulatory mechanism of neuropeptides on gut immune function,the distribution of NPY-containing nerve fibers in mesenteric lymph nodes of the guinea pig was observed by immunohistochemical ABC method combined with nickel enhancement technique,The NPY-containing nerve fibers presented as varicose and linear profiles,exhibited a wide distribution,In the hilar and medullary regions,positive fibers mainly supplied to the vascular walls and their surrouding areas,some varicose thick fibers were present in the medullary cords and walls of the medullary lymphatic sinuses.NPY-containing nerve fibers in the deep cortex were often located in the lymphoid parenchyma and areas around the microvasculature. A positive fiber was occasionally seen in the internodular region,and nodular regions were free from nerve fibers,NPY-containing nerve fibers in the lymphoid parenchyma of the medullary cord and deep cortex travelled in close association with immunocompetent cells.Some NPY-containing nerve fibers were also observed in the capsule and trabeculae. The results suggested that the peptide-containing innervation of lymph nodes might be one of the fundamental ways concerning neuropeptides involved in the regulation of the gut immune function.
