【摘要】 对我国11种野鸭胰叶及胰管的比较解剖学观察结果:11种野鸭的胰都分为背侧胰叶、腹侧胰叶和脾胰叶。脾胰叶连于背侧胰叶前端,背侧胰管和腹侧胰管分别来自背侧胰叶和腹侧胰叶的头端。上述野鸭均有1条第一胰管,自背侧胰叶尾端发出。在绝大多数标本上,该胰管在十二指肠升袢和降袢的转折处,于靠近升袢一侧入肠。在大多数标本上,背侧胰管和腹侧胰管以左、右向并列进入十二指肠末端,少数鸭以其他不同方式入肠。在十二指肠粘膜面上有两个乳头,即大乳头和小乳头。背侧胰管和腹侧胰管在十二指肠壁内合在一起,共同开口于大乳头。第一胰管入肠壁后,开口于小乳头。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pancreas lobes and ducts were studied in 46 specimens of 11 species of wild ducks (10 Anasfalcate, 7 Aythya ferina,6 Anas crecca, 5 Anas penelope, 5 Anas acuta, 3 Anas poecilorhyncha, 3 Anas-platyrhynchos,2 Anas formosa,2 Aythya baeri,2 Tadorna ferruginea,1 Anas strepera) in China.The pancreas of 11 species of wild ducks can be divided into two main lobes, lobus pancreatis dorsalis and lobus pancreatis ventralis, and one small lobe, lobus pancreatis splenalis. The latter is an ex-tention of the anterior extremity of lobus pancreatis dorsalis. The ductus pancreaticus dorsalis and ventralis come from the rostral extremities of the lobus pancreatis dorsalis and ventralis respectively, and the primus (first) ductus pancreaticus comes from the caudal extremity of the lobus pancreatis dorsalis and enters the wall near the segment of the ansa ascendens between the ansa descendens and ascen-dens duodenum in most of the specimens of all 11 species of wild ducks. Most of the ductus of pancreatis dorsalis and ventralis enter the end of the duodenum with one on the left and the other on the right side by side. They enter the end of the duodenum in some other ways with a few specimens. There are two papillae,the major and minor papilla,on the surface of the mucosa membra (tunica mu-cosa) of the duodenum. The ductus of pancreatis dorsalis and ventralis join (unite) together in the wall of the duodenum,and open in the major papilla. The primus ductus pancreaticus open in the minor papilla entering the wall of the duodenum.There are 3 tables and 11 diagrams in this paper.更多还原
