以聚乙二醇为致孔剂的甲壳糖吸附、缓释葡萄糖的研究

【摘要】 为了获得一种具有吸附、缓释葡萄糖效果的基质材料,探讨了致孔剂聚乙二醇不同分子量和不同用量对甲壳糖吸附、缓释葡萄糖效果的影响;比较了不同葡萄糖溶液浓度对甲壳糖吸附量的影响;并用紫外分光光度仪测定了甲壳糖吸附、缓释葡萄糖的量。通过实验,选择出了最佳的致孔剂聚乙二醇的分子量为6000,用量为8g,甲壳糖吸附葡萄糖的最佳葡萄浓度为45%,制得的甲壳糖吸附、缓释基质对葡萄糖的吸附量为2450mg/mg,在24h内达到对葡萄糖控制释放的要求。

【Abstract】 Chitosan-polyetylene glycol for adsorption and sustained delivery of glucose was investigatedfocusing on the offect of effect of change in proportion of chitosan and polyethylene glycol A mild chitosan-polyethylene glycol granulation process was studied。The first procedure consistedof adding and stiring polyethylene glycol in a chitosan solution, then hardening the granulesthus formed in the presence of NaOH,The sample was washed three times and then heated inwater。Polyethylene glycol in granules was dissolved,The released glucose concentration fromgranules was monitored by UV spectrophotometer,The concentration and the molecular weightof polyethylene glycol in a chitosan solution had a great effect on granules entrapping andreleasing glucose。The high glucose concentration led to granules containing a high amount ofglucose。The best result was obtained with granuleS prepared with the polyethylene glycolmolecular weight 6000 at glucose concentmtion 45% and adsorption glucose at 2450 mg/g
