角锥棱镜阵列式反射镜反光性能及其评价的研究
Evaluation of Reflective Performance of Cube Corner Array Retroreflector
【摘要】 角锥棱镜阵列式反射镜由角锥棱镜列阵构成,是用光学塑料注塑制造的。本文论述了这种反射镜反射光发散角的形成和反射光有效通光口径与入射角的关系等理论,提出了应从制造和使用角度考虑分别用单项参数(反射率、反射光半发散角、反射光强度的均匀性)和综合参数(逆反系数、反射强度)来评定其反光性能,同时还提出了对各项参数的测量方法。
【Abstract】 The retroreflector formed by arrays of cube corners is produced with the optical plastics by means of injection moulding. In this paper,the theory of divergent-beam formation and the effective aperture of the cube corner array retroreflector as a function of the incident angle are discussed. The elementary parameters(reflectivity, half-angle of divergent-beam, homogeneity of beam intensity)and the composite parameters (retroreflective ratio, specific\intensity) with their corresponding measurement methods are proposed as evaluating basis for manufacturers and users.
