土壤中酚污染物对水稻发育的影响及其残留特点的研究

【摘要】 本工作选择了由美国环境保护局认定为优先污染物的4种酚作为模拟污染物,采用盆栽方法,研究了人工施加于盆土的酚类污染物对水稻发育的影响,及在土壤─水稻系统中经过一个生长期后的残留特点。结果表明,水稻土中酚浓度在600mg/kg以上时,水稻秧苗不能成活。酚浓度不超过100mg/kg,水稻发育正常。酚浓度为75mg/kg和100mg/kg时,水稻土个硝基酚和五氯酚平均残留率分别为2.2%和3.7%,水稻根中检出五氯酚和二氯酚。五氯酚在根中检出浓度与施入浓度呈正相关。

【Abstract】 This work studies the effect of phenols in paddy soil on the development of rice and phenolic residual characteristics in rice/soil system via pot tests. Four kinds of phenols which are confirmed as priority pollutants that by EPA were chosen for monitor pollutants.Results showed that rice couldn’t survive the conyaminated level higher than 600 mg/kg in paddy soil. According to the ratio of amending, residue of 2, 4-Dichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol were detected in the paddy soil of 75 mg/kg and 3. 7% resultes in average residual Percentage 2. 2% and 3.7% respectively. Pentachlorophenol and 2, 4-Dichlorophenol were detected in rice root. The pentachlorophenol’S concentration was Positive correlated with the amended concentration.
