农田水利建设与粮食生产的关系
Relation between Farmland water Construction and Grain Production
【摘要】 笔者从吉林省自然地理和气候条件出发,分别提出西部平原、中部台地、东部山区在农田水利建设中应切实抓好的各项措施。
【Abstract】 According to the natural geography and climate condition of Jilin province, the author put forward that every measure should be stressed in the con-struction of basic agricultural water conservancy of western plain,middle tableland and eartern mountain area.
