微波常压法合成氯乙酸酯
Synthesis of Chloroacetate under the Irradiation of Microwave and Conventional Pressure
【摘要】 在Fe-ZSM-5分子筛催化下,用微波常压法由氯乙酸与脂肪醇、不饱和醇、芳香醇、脂环醇合成氯乙酸相应的酯,结果表明微波辐射可用于非均相有机合成,微波法与分子筛联用不仅简化了反应工艺而且反应速度提高6~10倍。
【Abstract】 The present paper covers that the synthesis of chloroacetate can be catalyzed by Fe-ZSM-5with the irradiation of microwave under conventional pressure. By means of this liquid-solid phase re-action,chloroacetic esters of various alkyl groups were obtained in much shorter periods of time,Thespeed of the reaction can be raised by 6~10 times.
