玫瑰果的清除活性氧作用
Research on Scavenging of Activated Oxygen by Roes Fruit
【摘要】 通过透析后活性降低及凝胶过滤分离获知，玫瑰果对活性氧的清除，除了ＳＯＤ的作用外，大部分来自小分子物质。考察了维生素Ｃ与玫瑰果中Ｌ－ＳＯＤ之间的关系。
【Abstract】 This article narrates the relationship between vitamin C and SOD in roes fruit.It was foundthat the SOD activity and the amount of vitamin C in roes fruit are all descended with prolonging thetime of storage.
