PSS激光瞬态颗粒测量装置的研制和应用
A Novel Laser Size Analyzer within Fraunhofer Diffraction Used to Measure Intermittent Sprays
【摘要】 激光夫琅和费衍射测粒技术正日趋成熟,应用领域也在不断拓展。为了测量和分析瞬态喷雾过程的雾化特性,作者设计一激光瞬态颗粒测量装置,并以此对标准颗粒、医用喷雾器、柴油机喷嘴、结晶成核过程等作了验证试验,证明其具有测量准确、快速简便、自动化程度高等优点.
【Abstract】 In order to stUdy and animate the transient characteriStics of an intermittent sptayin one shot injection,a novel article sizer was designed.A detector array of a conventionalparticle sizer based on Fraunhofer diffraction was uest and a high-resolution and a timeresolved particle sizer had been made.The time-dependent characteristics of a spray in oneshot were analyzed.
