具有畸变补偿的大模体积稳定腔分析与设计
Analysis and Design of Stable Resonators of Large Mode Volumes with Compensation for Distortions
【摘要】 分析了高功率气体激光器热及压力导致的光学畸变,并对所产生的光学畸变进行了补偿;讨论了光腔的微扰稳定性及不同轴灵敏度,对具有大模体积稳定凹-凸腔进行了设计分析。
【Abstract】 Analyses are made of heat and pressure induced optical distortions in high power gas lasers.And compensation for these optical distortions is presented. The perturbation stability of a resonator to the geometric parameters is discussed, and the misalignment sensitivity of the optical resonator is also studied. An analysis of the design is demonstrated of a stable concave-convex resonator with large fundamental mode volumes.
