【Abstract】 Using the amplitude apodized edge, phase apodized edge and serrated edge, the illumination uniformity of the focus spot can be improved by suppressing the diffraction of the lens array. In this peper, the characters of these three methods are analysed and applied to the uniform illumination of high power lasers.更多还原
