【摘要】 对１０００例异常胆囊声像图的病例作回顾性分析，其中细菌性胆囊炎占９％，胆囊结石和胆道蛔虫占３８％；５３％由其他不同原因造成。作者认为胆囊壁毛糙、增厚或双层征，胆囊增大及胆汁回声改变不是胆囊炎固有的表现；Ｂ超见胆囊壁改变而笼统诊断为“胆囊炎”，临床则按细菌性胆囊炎治疗是不合适的。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases with abnormal sonagram of image of gallbladder were reviwedand analysed.Of which 9%were caused by bacterial cholecyslitis,38%were caused bycholelithiasis and biliary ascariasis,and 53%by others.Authors thought that cholecystitisdid not alway cause unclear,thickened wall of the bile-cyst or double wall sigh. as well asthe enlarged gallbladder and bile- echo changes It is not appropriate to treat clinically thecholecystitis as the bacterial,which is generally diagnoseal by only findings of changes in thewall of the bile- cyst by type B ultrasound.更多还原
