【摘要】 本文报告４１例下呼吸道感染患儿，用国产尘螨变应原作点刺试验，结果阳性率达６８．３％，提示小儿下呼吸道感染可能与尘螨相关。资料还提示：６个月内婴儿对尘螨反应水平不高，随着年龄增长，其反应水平也渐增高。本试验方法简单、反应迅速、特异性高、重复性好、且无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study reportd test of spot or stippling immunization by a domesticmade allergen from dust mite in 41 cases of children who suffered infection of lowerrespiratory tract. The result showed a 68.3%positive rate which indicated that the lowerrespiratory tract infection of children seemed to be related to the dust mite. The study alsopresented lower response to the dust mite allcrgcn in infants of less than 6 months,andincreasing response to it with the growing of age. The method of stippling immunization wasasimple,quick- response and high specific way with good duplication and without sideeffects.更多还原
