【摘要】 随着以经济结构转换为基本目标的农村第二次大变革的展开，专业市场迅速崛起。其主要原因是。①政府政策取向的变化大大地降低了农民和企业进入专业市场的体制性壁垒；②农村工业规模的迅速扩张和区域间专业化分工的发展，是专业市场兴起的基本动因；③专业市场的兴起是市场交易型式自身演化过程内在规律作用的结果；④地方政府的兴商政策取向和直接参与市场的组建，对专业市场的发展起到了加速作用。随着市场经济体制的确立，以国合商业为核心的、主要服务于城市经济的市场体系，和以专业市场为核心的，主要服务于农村经济的市场体系正在相互参透和融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract In the wake of second rural great change aiming at the conversion of economic structure arise speedly the specialized markets. The chief reasons are: 1) the orientation of government policy has greatly lowered the systematic barriers for the farmers and rural business to enter the specialized markets; 2) the rapid expansion of rural business and the developing division of specialized markets; 3) the uprising of specialized markets are also the results of rural exchange evolution taking the form of a rule; 4) the policy encouragement and direct participation of local governments for the establishment of markets speed the development of specialized markets. Following the establishment of market economy system, the market system with state business as its center witch serves chiefly the urban economy and the market system with specialized market as its center which serves cheifly the rural economy are mutully intermingling and mergering.
