【摘要】 <正> 宫内节育器(IUD)在当今我国的计划生育工作中占据了重要的地位,并已取得了明显的成绩。1988年我国育龄妇女应用IUD避孕的人数占应用可逆性避孕措施的80％。在国家计划生育委员会的重视下,随着放置IUD的育龄妇女数的逐年增加,IUD的系统管理也在逐渐建立和完善。自1993年已开始推广由活性带铜IUD替代隋性不锈钢IUD。由于我国广大使用IUD的育龄妇女在基层农村,根据这一特性,天津市计划生育研究所宫内节育器研究室与天津市计划生育委员会科技处自1993年开始共同主办了面对基层(市郊、县和乡计划生育技术服务站)的技术人员的IUD换代培训班8期,每期3天,共培训人员175人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Oct. 1993 the IUD research laboratory of Tianjing municipal research institute for family planning and scientific research section of Tianjin Family Planning commission have conducted 8 training courses for the doctors and service providers from the family planning service centers in Tianiin suburbs, counties, villages and towns, one hundred seventy-five doctors joined the training courses. We analyzed the investigation data from 105 trainees and found that 72. 8% of village service centers from these 6 drea have joined training courses. In average 234 IUDs were inserted in these village service enters last year. The average age of trainees is 34 years. The educational levels of the trainees: 60% were graduated from senior high school; and only 3% of the trainees were graduated from university or medical college. Before this training course. the trainees have an average of 7. 01 months family planning technical training. U-terine shape IUD with copper inside is the major IUD used in the village family planning service centers. The second is TCu 220 IUD. Steel ring IUD was still inserted in some village. After the training course they consider TCu IUD is the best IUD, and the uterine shape IUD the second. Through the investigation we found that there were only IUD insertion records but without follow-up records in most village family planning servic centers.更多还原
