碟形弹簧力学特性分析
Analyzing Mechanical Properties of Disk Springs
【摘要】 基于碟形弹簧的几何结构特征和工作受力特点,将碟形弹簧简化成具有初始曲率的大挠度薄板弯曲模型,建立了基本理论方程组。利用这一模型对碟形弹簧的变形能、变形刚度、跳跃载荷等力学特性进行了分析和研究。
【Abstract】 An assumption that disk springs are simplified as a model for non-linear flexibility of thin plates with initial curvatures is suggested on the basis of their geometric structures. Basic equations for this model are established. Using the model, mechanical properties such as deformation energy, flexural rigidity and jump loads are studied in details.
