PDC钻头复合片真空扩散焊接头的显微分析
Microanalysis and Calculation of Diffusion Coefficient for the Low-Temperature Diffusion Welding of PDC Butt-Joints
【摘要】 研究了PDC钻头复合片与硬质合金刀柱低温扩散焊接头的扩散过程,得出了结合面两侧元素的扩散距离、中间夹层厚度与接头剪切强度之间的关系。借助电子探针能谱分析手段研究了结合面处的Ni,Co,W,C元素的扩散过程,用多元回归方法求得Ni,Co的扩散方程,从而用求导与积分方法计算出Ni,Co的扩散系数,并作出比较分析。证明了该方法较图解积分法可靠、准确、简便。
【Abstract】 The diffusion process in the butt-joints between PDC and stud under low-temperature diffusion welding is studied and the relationship between the diffusion distance of the elements on both sides. of the interface or the interlayer thickness and the shearing strength of the welds is obtained.By the electron microscopy,the diffusion process of Ni, Co,W,C elements on the interface is investigated. The diffusion equations of Ni and Co are derived by using the multi-factor regression method.The diffusion coefficients of Ni and Co have been calculated and analysised by the derivation and integration of the diffusion equations. The multi-factor regression method is proved more reliable, exact and simple than the diagram-integration method.
