【摘要】 针对ＰＤＣ钻头在钻进过程中常遇到的ＰＤＣ切削具与硬质合金支柱间的钎焊断裂问题，依据真空扩散焊接具有接头强度高、耐疲劳性能强、质量稳定等特点，研制出了Ｖ－ＷＳＨ６５０型高真空扩散焊机。该机采用水管冷壁圆筒形结构、笼式加热器以及蓄能器和球头调正的加载方式，其真空抽气系统装有冷阱挡板和罗茨泵机组；可以用手动或计算机两种方式操作控制。该机具有抽气能力强、加热均匀、加压稳定，自动化程度高等特点。由该机焊接的ＰＤＣ切削具与硬质合金支柱，无论从焊接强度、组件开裂率及质量稳定性，还是在保持ＰＤＣ切削具的原有性能等方面都已取得优良结果。该机可一机多用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The brazing fissures between the PDC cutting blade and stud of PDC bits often come across in drilling process.Because of vacuum diffusion welding with high strength, high anti-fatigue, V-WSH650 high vacuum diffsion welding machine is developed. Incorporated in the machine are water-cooling tube cylindricalstructure,cage heater, accumulator and adjusting ball-head for loading. Its vacuum pump system is equiped with cold trap and Roots pump.This machine can be controlled manually or by computer. It has been characterized by strong pumping, regular heating, stable pressurization and automatic controlling. The PDC blade and stud welded by this mechine is satisfied with high bonding strength, low fissure rate and stable quality while keeping the original properties of PDC.
