改性呋喃树脂固砂剂试验研究

【摘要】 针对我国砂岩油藏开采过程中出砂严重的问题,研制出了一种新型团砂剂──改性呋喃树脂(R’─OH)。对其性能测试表明,该固砂剂在低温下可固化,且固化速度快、固化强度高;具有较强的抗酸、碱、盐和原油的能力;适当地加入胺基硅烷偶联剂,可以提高其固结体强度和耐久性.根据现场实际情况推荐了3种应用工艺。

【Abstract】 A fast low temperature sand consolidation agent,modified furan resin(R’-OH) has been researched due to sand production in sandstone reservoir.Performance test has shown that it has the advantages such as fast solidification. low solidification temperature and high consolidation strength.Besides,it has good characteristics of antiacid,antibase anti-salt and anti-oil.A proper quality of silicoorganic compound can improve consolidation strength and durability.Three applied techniques are recommended according to practice of oil field.
