【摘要】 本文介绍了应用国内外CBN砂轮磨削轴承内径的试验条件和初步结果,并分析了国内外CBN砂轮在质量、寿命、效益等方面存在的差距。只要解决CBN专用机床和轴承毛坯质量、掌握磨削技术等主要问题,CBN砂轮必将在轴承内圆磨削中率先获得推广应用,并在更加广泛的领域内代替普通砂轮。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental conditions and test results of CBN wheel in grinding bearing inside diameter are presented ..Performances of domestic CBN wheels and foreign ones are compared in terms of quality,redress life and benefits. It is considered that,with the solution of problems with special machine, bearing blank quality and grinding technologies, CBN wheel will find good application in the grinding of bearing inside diameter and ,further more, take place of conventional abrasive wheel in wider fields.更多还原
