【摘要】 应用图像分析方法对１１４例胃粘膜异型增生标本的细胞核ＤＮＡ含量及核形态参数进行了定量分析，同时进行ＤＮＡ含量直方图分型。结果发现其ＤＮＡ含量直方图呈整倍体型者（１、Ⅱ型）７３例（６４％），非整洁体型者（Ⅲ、Ⅳ型）４１例（３６％）。非整洁体型组的ＤＮＡ相对含量、超二倍体细胞、超四倍体细胞百分数及核平均面积、周长、体积均较整倍体型组高（均Ｐ＜０．０５）。对其中４４例病人进行了６～７２个月（平均２４个月）的随访，结果２１例整倍体型异型增生中有１例癌变，２３例非整倍体型病人中有８例癌变（Ｐ＜０．０１），此外，整倍体型组中有６例病变减轻，而非整倍体组中仅１例病变减轻（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示细胞核ＤＮＡ定量分析及倍体分型对胃癌前病变的临床监测具有实用价值，非整倍体核型的出现是细胞具有癌变潜能的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nuclear DNA content and morphologic indices were quantatively determined by imageanalysis technique in paraffin sections of ll4 cases with gastric dysplasia, Meanwhile, the DNA ploid pat-tern was also analysed. The resuIts showed that-the 73 and the 4l cases belonged to euploid (64%),andaneuploid(36%)patterns, respectively. The DNA content, percentage of > 2C and > 4C cells, and thenuclear morphologic indices of the cases in the euploid pattern group were higher than that of the cases inthe aneuploid pattern group. Forty four cases were followed up for 6 to 72 months。 There was one show-ing cancer formation in the 2l cases of the eupoid pattern group, but eight were found in 23 cases of the aneuploid pattern group(P<0.0l). Reversion was found in 6 of the former group, but only one in the latter。 These resuIts suggest that the measurement on nuclear DNA content and analysis of the ploid patternmay foretell possibility of malignant degeneration in patients with dysplasia of the gastric mucosa。 If aclose follow-up should be performed in those with aneuploid pattern of nuclear DNA content, it might behelpful in detecting early gastric cancer。更多还原
