EHect of Catecholamine on the Conductance and Epidermis Gap Junction in Cultured Mouse Skin
【Abstract】 n in vitro study concerning the effect ofcatecholamine on the skin conductance and epidermis gap junctionwas carried out usingcultured mouse skin. The results were as follows.(1)The skin conductance was increased bysuitable concentration of epinephrine and isoproterenol, while decreased by high concentration of epinephrine;(2)Increase in skin conductance appeared only after a period of time of incubation with epinephrine(3)In the effect ofepinephrine on skin coductance increase glutamine was involved;(4)The area density of gap junction in epidermiswas increased by epinephrine in the condition under which the skin conductance was increased.
